Rod's father gets his first Pennsylvania black bear.
Rod is holding up three fingers because, with the killing of
this bear, he, his father, and his brother have all taken a bear
.

Shown here is the black bear that Rod took in Lycoming county Pennsylvania.
The take down of this bear completed a Triple Crown for him.  That same year
he got a turkey and a buck as well!

Rod isn't the only one with luck in his family!  Seen here is his daughter
Cassie's first fish. She caught this one all by herself at the ripe old age of 6.

This photo was taken shortly after Rod took down one of his many Whitetail Bucks. This deer was taken in Schuylkill county.

Rod caught this fish in Oak Orchards, New York.

This fish is also from Oak Orchards, New York. Check out Project Photos to see this mount.

The Troutman family took a salmon fishing trip to New York.
This is the salmon Rod's oldest nephew Quentin caught!

This is the salmon Rod's nephew Dylan caught in New York. His brother Jim watches proudly in the background as his son struggles to hold his catch.

While mentor hunting, Rod and his 11 year old daughter Megan bagged what she describes as a monster buck.

Not bad for a brand new hunter! Megan promises many more to come.

In one good day of hunting Rod, Cassie, and Quentin all take down nice doe.
